Does anybody know if canon is comin out with a 8d or  5d mark 3 anytime soon?

There about due for something. But rumors are always floating. I think very few have any inside info.

I think its better to just use what is available today. 5D, 5D mkII, 1D mkII/III, 1D4 are all good Canon camera's. You can start making great images today with the equipment you already own… Rather than waiting to get that new 5D mkIII and think your going to have 'awesomer' images.

I like to buy old gear from people that like to upgrade to the 'latest and greatest' I recently went from 1D mkII to 1D mkIII and everything on the mkIII seems new to me.
