Publicity Stills for Country Singer

Here are some publicity work I did for a country singer David Langley. The studio work was a 3/4 light set up using Normans ML600R and soft boxes. Studio is not my strongest area of shooting, of course I could not shoot a nature shot if my life depended on it. I did most of the graphic stuff in Photoshop including the guitar pics. I used InDesign to lay text.

Interesting lighting techniques. I like the first one over all. The shadows on the left side make the image more dramatic.

The flyer is pretty cool. Did you make it? It looks really good.

I think you nailed it.

that first one is really nice. good lighting. The B&W to me seems a bit flat. Meeds more snap.

I did all the graphic effects in Photoshop and the layout and text in InDesign. I have been working on boasting my portrait ability the last few years.
